The Nalia Resort is a beautiful new-build resort located against the hills of Los Balcones, a quiet suburb of the city of Torrevieja. The resort consists of over 100 apartments and is built around 3 large swimming pools. The resort has lots of greenery and a wide range of facilities such as 3 outdoor swimming pools, jacuzzi and an underground parking garage.
The accommodation
Nalia resort number 21 is a spacious 3-room apartment of 80 square meters. It has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one of which has an en suite bathroom. The bedrooms have 2 double beds of 1.80x2.00. This makes it suitable for 4 adults. The apartment has a large terrace both at the front and at the back, so you are assured of sun all day long. The terrace at the back also overlooks 1 of the swimming pools. The apartment also has a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, washing machine and dryer.
The location
Nalia Resort is located 35 minutes drive from Alicante airport. It is located in the Los Balcones district of the city of Torrevieja. The Los Balcones district has a magnificent view of “Laguna Rosa”, the beautiful pink salt lake of the city of Torrevieja. In the district there are several restaurants, bars, a pharmacy and a large supermarket within walking distance of Nalia Resort. The atmospheric center of Torrevieja is less than 10 minutes drive from the resort. This also applies to the beautiful beach of Cabo Roig, the lively La Zenia boulevard and the beautifully situated golf course of Villamartin.
